Abstract
Objective:Through nearly 3 years in our hospital investigation and statistics of the use of Chinese paste, summed up the situation in our hospital paste using features and changes in the composition of the elements, Pharmacy Administration to provide refer-ence for Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine clinical rational drug use.Methods: Selected randomly hospital in 2012-2014 Winter Paste each 400, the statistical analysis of prescription ointment gender, age, clinical diagnosis, flavor number, the total dose of medica-tion, incompatibility, open square, etc.Results:Patients 41~50 years old group the most, and the proportion of women than men, the average group prescription cream party smell and total dose showed a trend of increasing year by year.Through interventions, 2014 pre-scribing the number of clinical diagnosis than before 2 years increased by 20%.Conclusion:By means of intervention, and strictly con-trol the number of traditional Chinese medicine and dosage paste taste, establish and perfect cream party review system, increase supervi-sion, make cream party benign development.关键词
