乳腺模拟钼靶定位装置的临床应用
Research on clinical application of breast positioning device
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To manufacture breast location device for clinical application and evaluate its feasibility.Methods: Sixty patients were divided into 2 groups: the observation group and the control group according different time being in hospital. All the patients were palpation-negative breast lesions, but according to the BI-RADS classification, the mammography was more than 4A with calcifications or lumps. The manufactured breast location device was given the observation group, and the mammography was given the control group. This paper analyzed the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in operation time and one-off excision and the total areas of specimens, but there was significant differences between the two groups in the shortest distance with specimen and breast lesions (t=2.841,P<0.05). The total areas of excision in the observation group were more than the control group, but there were no significant differences(t=1.845,P>0.05).Conclusion: The breast location device is simple, saving costs for patients. It has application value in more hospitals.关键词
