摘要

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the reliability of hematology analyzer on complete blood cell counting(CBC) and leukocyte differential count(DC).Methods: The performance of CBC and DC were evaluated by following guidelines and compared with that of Sysmex XE-2100 and manual operation.Results: The carryover rate, total repeatability and precision of BC-5000 could meet the standards, and the linearity was also reliable both in physiogenic and pathological conditions(r>0.998). Comparing with the results from XE-2100, the correlation was also satisfied(r>0.95). It has better repeatability in neutrophilic granulocytes, lymphocytes, eosinophile granulocyte and basophile granulocyte. The WBC samples with morphological performance were compared between BC-5000 and XE-2100. And the repeatability in neutrophilic granulocytes, lymphocytes and eosinophile granulocyte (r>0.96), the r value of monocyte was 0.9413 and basophil was 0.7270. While, the repeatability in BC-5000 and manual operation in neutrophilic granulocytes, lymphocytes and eosinophile granulocyte(r=0.9806,r=0.9691,r=0.9839), the r value of monocyte was 0.8993 and basophil was 0.4110.Conclusion: Except the suggestive diagnosis of abnormal leukocytes classification should be double checked by manual smear microscopic examination, the determination results from BC-5000 automatic hematology analyzer were accurate and reliable. And the main performance of BC-5000 could meet the clinical requirements.
