Abstract
Objective:To evaluate of machine with K3XF nickel-titanium instrument after root canal preparation in the clinical application effect.Methods: Choose after root canal therapy of 100 teeth with tooth, 345 root canal, randomly divided into two groups. Using K3XF machine with rotary nickel titanium crown down prepared root canal file, Hand expanding set of stainless steel K file line gradually backward technology prepared root canal. Two groups of patients were cold lateral pressure method is used for root canal filling. Record the root canal preparation time, postoperative pain reaction and root filling effect assessment. Statistical analysis of the data by SPSS19.0.Result: Compared with the control group, K3XF machine ready tube with nickel-titanium instrument by a short time(t=-195.87,P<0.05). Low incidence of pain after root canal preparation(x2=10.24,P<0.05). The difference has significance (x2=0.506,P<0.05). Conclusion: Using K3XF machine with nickel-titanium instrument for permanent molar root canal preparation quickly, root filling effect is good, less postoperative pain, suitable for clinical application.关键词
