Interleukin-6 and Its Biologicals Application on Rheumatic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatic diseases could involve most systems of the whole body, and the pathogenesis are still unknown up to now. A lot of researches have shown that IL-6 has played an important role in the pathogenesis of many rheumatic diseases. The biologicals targeted IL-6 could block signal transduction mediated by IL-6,therefore,control the inflammatory process finally. Most important of all,biologicals targeted IL-6 have been applied to treat many rheumatic diseases.关键词
