摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety and effectiveness of pelvic organ prolapse surgical treatment of improved pelvic reconstructive approach and traditional surgery.Method:40 patients diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse(POP-Q points Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees,with different levels before and after vaginal wall surfaces,and the cervical extension) were chosen from January 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital as the research object,which were randomly divided into reconstruction group and the traditional group according to the random parallel grouping,20 cases in each group,followed-up and statistical analysed the surgery and therapeutic effect of two groups.Result:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay of the reconstruction group were lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),and postoperative recurrence rate was lower than the traditional group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).POP-Q index to evaluate the anatomy of the two groups of patients with postoperative prolapse degree were improved significantly,the effect was remarkable. Conclusion:Two kinds of operative methods are safe and effective,but improved pelvic reconstructive approach has many characteristics,such as safety, simple and minimally invasive,short-term curative effect is distinct,and it can obviously improve the patient’s quality of life.关键词
