Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of probiotics treatment on plasma endotoxin level,the numbers of intestinal flora and the levels of cytokines of liver failure patients.Method:76 patients with liver failure were treated in our hospital,which were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,38 cases in each group,the control group was given symptomatic,hepatoprotective and albumin treatment,the observation group was given probiotics on the basis of the control group,the related indexes were detected before and after treatment.Result:In the control group,there was no great difference of the indexes before and after treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the number of colonies of intestinal probiotics group of the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group and the former,the yeast fungal colony count decreased obviously,plasma endotoxin,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the former,comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics can enable patients to flora imbalance improved,and reduce the caused by the disorders of the gut bacteria endotoxin,inflammatory cells expresse relief,so as to achieve the adjuvant treatment of liver failure and improve liver function.关键词
