Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pruritus ani.Method:70 anal pruritus patients were selected randomly as the research object from June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital and divided into the control group and the observation group, 35 cases in each group.The control group taken oral drugs and topical perry pine(econazole triamcinolone acetonide cream preparation) for treatment and the observation group taken compound methylene blue seal treatment combined with traditional chinese medicine fumigation treatment.Compared two groups of efficient treatment,recurrence rate and cure time.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 57.1%,the observation group was 94.3%,the control group was significantly lower than the observation group.Since the fourth month after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group and increasingly significant difference over time.In terms of the shortest time,the longest time,and average time,the observation group were significantly less than the control group,and the number of treatment was significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pruritus ani is better. It is safe, effective, fast cure and it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
