胃镜下喷洒卡络磺钠注射液治疗消化性溃疡出血效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of spraying Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding under gastroscopy.Method:86 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into two the control group and the experimental group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given 8% Noradrenaline Solution to stop bleeding,the experimental group was spraying Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate.Observed and compared the two groups of endoscopic operation time,the bleeding efficiency,recorded the melena,hematemesis times,postoperative hemoglobin concentration,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.Result:There was no statistical significance between the two groups in endoscopic operation time(P>0.05).The experimental group of melena,hematemesis times,postoperative hemoglobin concentration were less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis efficiency of the experimental group was 97.7%,it was significantly higher than the control group(81.4%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(0.5%) in the experimental group was significantly lower than 25.6% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spraying Carbazochrome Sodium Sulfonate under gastroscopy combined with medical therapy and other methods of hemostasis,peptic ulcer bleeding hemostatic effect is exact,it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
