Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hot gutta-percha root canal endodontic filling treatment under microscopic.Method:60 cases of patients were treated from March 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital as observation subject,which were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with cold gutta-percha lateral pressurized filling therapy.The observation group was treated with hot gutta-percha root canal endodontic filling therapy. Compared the treatment efficacy of two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 95.7%,which was better than the control group(71.1%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The filling time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group and the pain occurred rate during followed-up was significantly lower than the control group, there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of hot gutta-percha root canal endodontic filling treatment under microscopic is significant and worth promoting.关键词
