Abstract
Objective:To study and discuss the clinical efficacy of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Method:100 schizophrenia patients were selected as the research object from January 2011 to January 2015,which were divided into A group(using Risperidone) and B group(using Aripiprazole) according to the computer random sampling method,50 cases in each group.The efficacy was evaluated and the adverse reactions of patients were observed.Result:The total effective rate was 88% of the A group,and the total effective rate was 92% of the B group,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reaction,but the weight of the A group was more significant increase than the B group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia have obvious curative effect,and the safety is high, but weight growth is more significant after using Risperidone.关键词
