舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of femoral neck fracture.Method:100 patients with femoral neck fracture were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015,which were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group,compared the VAS score,nursing satisfaction and complications of two groups.Result:The VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were (5.3±0.6) and (3.6±0.5) respectively, the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 88.0%,lower than the observation group(100%),the complications incidence of the observation group was 4.0%, far less than that of the control group(30.0%),the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can relieve the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction.关键词
