Abstract
Objective:To investigate and observe the safety and clinical effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder in the treatment of infantile indigestion diarrhea.Method:198 cases with infantile indigestion diarrhea in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,98 cases in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,oral Misida,intravenous Leigh Ba Velin etc,the treatment group,100 cases of children on the basis of given Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder treatment,two groups of children were treated continuously for 7 days,and continuous observation,clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were collected and analyzed.Result:In the treatment group,72 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 96.0%,in the control group,47 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 78.6%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the two groups of patients were statistically and compared,in the treatment group,fever returned to normal time was (3.18±0.46)d,remission time of vomiting was (1.02±0.44)d,relief time of abdominal pain was (1.09±1.08)d,bowel recovery time was (3.14±0.24)d,which were all significantly shorter than (4.25±0.48)d,(1.52±0.63)d,(1.89±1.27)d, (5.97±0.98)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Pediatric digestive adverse diarrhea Saccharomyces Boulardii Powder in the treatment effect of the more obvious,which greatly improves the curative effect,also can not only relieve clinical symptoms effectively,and it has high security, it is worth of clinical application.关键词
