摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and observe the clinical effect of Ebastine combined with Tripterygium Glycosides in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Method:90 patients with chronic urticaria treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation and the control group,the observation group was treated with Ebastine combined with Tripterygium Glycosides,the control group was treated with Ebastine alone.Result:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in the two groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group was caused 3 cases of adverse reactions,the control group was 4 cases,the difference had no significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Ebastine combined with Tripterygium Glycosides in the treatment of chronic urticaria can effectively improve clinical symptoms and has the advantages of high treatment efficiency and lower incidence of adverse reactions.They are worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.关键词
