Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Methotrexate pregnancy conservative surgery in ectopic.Method:360 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from February 2013 to September 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,180 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic conservative surgery,the observation group based on the control group combined with local injection of MTX, the postoperative serum β-hCG value changes,cure success rate,adverse drug reactions and within 1 year the intrauterine pregnancy rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The cure rate of the observation group was 97.8%,which was significantly higher than 89.4% in the control group(P<0.05).1,4, 12 d serum β-hCG value of the two groups were all significantly lower than the preoperative 24 h,and the observation group than in the control group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Within 1 year of the observation group the rate of intrauterine pregnancy was 66.1%,which was significantly higher than 47.2% in the control group(P<0.05).The patients of two groups had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Conservative surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy MTX,safe and effective,clinical curative effect is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
