兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗酒精型消化性溃疡的临床对照研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lansoprazole and Omeprazole on alcoholic peptic ulcer.Method:160 patients with alcoholic peptic ulcer in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group.80 cases in the control group were treated with Omeprazole,Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin.The observation group were treated with Lansoprazole, Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and Hp clearance rate of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate in observation group was 96.3%,was significantly higher than 88.8% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hp eradication in the observation group was 93.8%,was significantly higher than 81.3% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were varying degrees of adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups,but patients could tolerate,significant liver and kidney dysfunction did not occur.The incidence of adverse events of two group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Lansoprazole and Omeprazole on alcoholic peptic ulcer is curative effect and low adverse reactions in the clinical application.关键词
