甲巯咪唑与丙基硫氧嘧啶对比治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的系统评价
A System Evaluation of Comparing Treatment between A Sulfhydryl Imidazole and Propylthiouracil for Patients with Hyperthyroidism

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the treatment of hyperthyroidism and the effect between using A Sulfhydryl Imidazole and Propylthiouracil. Method:Ninty-eight hyperthyroidism patients were chosen in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014,according to the treatment way they were divided into two groups,the observation group(n=50) and the control group(n=48).A Sulfhydryl Imidazole was giving to the observation group,and Propylthiouracil was giving to the control group.Then contrastive and analyzing the effects of two groups.Result:After treated about three months,two groups patients’ FT3 and FT4 compared with no treatment’s time had a significant reduction,the standard of the sTSH also all rising significant(P<0.05).But the same thing ranges happened in the observation group was higer than that in the control group(P<0.05).But the occurrence rates of untoward affection’s had no differ to two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Comparing with Propylthiouracil,A Sulfhydryl Imidazole has a significant effect on improving the hyperthyroidism patients in FT3,FT4 and sTSH. And the occurrence rate of untoward affection between two drugs without too much difference.In the process of treating ordinary hyperthyroidism patients,A Sulfhydryl Imidazole should be used at first.关键词
