摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of serum NGAL and Cystatin C detection in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Method:88 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the observation group,88 healthy people were selected as the control group,serum NGAL and Cystatin C content were measured rseparately,the two groups were compared and made the relevant analysis.Result:(1)The serum NGAL and Cystatin C of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the eGFR index was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);(2) lnNGAL negative correlation with eGFR,correlation coefficient was -0.8412,superior Cystatin C(correlation coefficient of -0.7189).Conclusion:Serum NGAL in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is better than Cystatin C,and it can be used for early diagnosis of clinical.关键词
