摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the precision of the control system and solve the deployment, switch and fault feedback of multiple working status of high voltage feedback technology of motor unit in engineering application, a high voltage feedback technology of 400 kW motor unit system controlled by SINAMICS DCM and S7-300 PLC was designed. Places emphasis on the design of electrical control system, SINMAMICS DCM and PLC program and PC measurement and control system. Practical applications show that the whole system meets expectations in terms of high stability in multiple industrial environment and good interactive processing capability.
