基于等效热网络法的容错永磁电机的温度分析和计算∗
Thermal Analysis and Calculation of Fault-Tolerant Permanent Magnet Machine by Using Equivalent Thermal Network Method

Abstract
Fault-tolerant permanent magnet machines operate under awful condition, and its temperature rise will not only affect electromagnetic performance, but also reduce the reliability. The heat source distribution of a fault-tolerant permanent magnet machine was analyzed, and the equivalent thermal network model was established by lumped parameters method. Moreover, the temperature of machine was calculated with the equation of heat balance. The ANSYS/Fluent finite element method was used to verify the developed equivalent thermal network model. Finally, according to the results of the machine temperature, the improvement plan was proposed from the loss reduction and the improvement of heat dissipation condition.关键词
