TEAS干预家兔正畸牙痛的作用及对IL-6、5-HT影响的研究
Study on the Analgesic Effect of TEAS Intervention in Rabbits' Orthodontic Toothache and Its Influences on IL-6, 5-HT

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on the change rate of gingival pain threshold, con-tent of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in cerebrospinal fluid and its efficacy and possible mechniam. Methods:24 male rabbits were randomly divided into blank group orthodontic model group and TEAS group according to their weight, which had 8 rabbits in each group, established orthodontic experimental models with rabbits in orthodontic model group and TEAS group, while TEAS group immediately treat-ed with dilatational wave at both side of Hegu and the Ashi points of surface correspondence point of maxillary first molar, observed the change rate of gingival pain threshold of incisor and the content of serum IL-6 and 5-HT in cerebrospinal fluid. Results:The change rate of pain threshold of orth-odontic model group was significantly lower than that of blank group (P<0.01), while that of TEAS group was significantly lower than orthodontic model group (P<0.05);the synthetic release of serum IL-6 of orthodontic model group was significantly higher than that of blank group (P<0.05), while the synthetic release of 5-HT in cerebrospinal fluid of TEAS group was significantly higher than that of orthodontic model group (P<0.01). Conclusion:TEAS can increase the pain threshold of animals with orthodontic toothache, and the increasing of the content of 5-HT in cerebrospinal fluid maybe one of the mechanisms in prevent and treatment of orthodontic toothache with TEAS.关键词
