渤海油田井下管柱CO2腐蚀规律与防腐选材现状OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Review on CO2 Corrosion Rule of Down-hole Strings in Bohai Oil Field and Current Status of Anticorrosion Material Selection
随着渤海油田的快速发展,CO2腐蚀成为阻碍油气田开发的关键因素之一,由 CO2引起的油气井管材腐蚀破坏问题日益严峻,严重影响井下管柱的使用寿命,制约着渤海油田降本增效的发展目标。综述了CO2对井下管柱的腐蚀机理及影响因素,总结了渤海油田中油气产量较高区块的CO2腐蚀情况及防腐选材研究现状,针对性调研了绥中36-1、埕北等10个油田的生产井的CO2分压、温度分布及腐蚀情况,探讨了渤海油田水介质、pH值、CO2分压、温度对CO2腐蚀的影响规律。结果表…查看全部>>
With the rapid development of Bohai oilfield, CO2 corrosion becomes one of the key factors tohinder the de-velopment of oil and gas fields.
