碳纳米管、蒙脱土共掺杂环氧树脂复合材料介电性能研究
Research on Dielectric Properties of Epoxy Resin Composites Doped with Carbon Nanotubes and Montmorillonite

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to prepare epoxy resin (EP) composites (EP/C-MWNTs/O- MMT) by solution blending method, in which the resin matrix was modified by multi-walled carbon nanotubes functionalized with carboxylic acid group (C-MWNTs) and organic montmorillonite (O-MMT). The surface morphologies of C-MWNTs and O-MMT were observed and analyzed by SEM and FT-IR, and the dielectric properties of composites were tested to explore the effect of doping amount of C-MWNTs. The result shows that the volume resistivity of EP/C-MWNTs/O-MMT composites with a little C-MWNTs and defined amount O-MMT only decreases by one order of magnitude compared with the unmodified epoxy. Meanwhile, the breakdown strength of composites increases slightly. Due to the inhibition of interface between resin matrix and nano- materials on dipole polarization to some extent, the dielectric constant of modified EP composites reduces. The dielectric constant of modified EP composites can reduce to 2.9 when the doping amounts of O-MMT and C-MWNTs are 6.0wt% and 0.3wt% respectively. The dielectric loss of nano-composites has no obvious change.关键词
