摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of industry,the temperature sensing and controling are increasingly strin⁃gent. Temperature sensors are hard to keep up with people’s needs. This article through the micropore surface struc⁃ture optimization design of the humidity sensor and the humidity sensitive material improves the humidity sensing properties. The measurement of humidity sensor circuit optimization is improved,and finally verified by experi⁃ments measuring the effect of humidity sensor improved superior.
