大功率LED灯具散热器的优化设计研究

Abstract
LED heat dissipation performance has a crucial effect on their life. However,many radiator design meth⁃ods of LED still rely on experience value at this stage. To address this problem,a kind of optimization design meth⁃od of the radiator is presented. Firstly,the radiator fin single factor effect on the performance of heat dissipation is studied based on a large number of experimental data. Secondly,the impact of various factors is comprehensively an⁃alysed on cooling performance with the orthogonal experiment. Finally,the optimal level combination of the fin pa⁃rameters is obtained. At last,a new radiator was designed based on this method. And the experimental results indi⁃cate that the temperature of the LED light source chip reduces 6 ℃ after optimization,the efficiency of the opti⁃mized fin reached 98.63%.关键词
