Effect of p38MAPK inhibitor on the soft palate reconstruction of the rats with chronic intermittent hypoxia
目的：探讨p38MAPK抑制剂SB203580对慢性间歇性缺氧大鼠软腭重构的保护作用。方法总数60只雌性SD大鼠，被随机分为3组：对照组、缺氧组和缺氧+SB203580干预组。缺氧组和缺氧+SB203580干预组大鼠在自动控制间歇性缺氧试验箱饲养，均饲养35 d后，取大鼠软腭组织HE染色，免疫组化方法测定p38MAPK的表达，Western blot检测软腭组织p38MAPK和p-p38MAPK的表达。结果缺氧组软腭组织厚度增加最明显，缺氧+SB…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of P38MAPK inhibitor on the soft palate reconstruction of the rats with chronic intermittent hypoxia.
