Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of dermatophagoides farinae drops on Th17/Treg balance of the patients with allergic rhinitis. METHODS One hundred patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group were treated with conventional therapy combined with dermatophagoides farinae drops for 3 months. The symptoms score, medication score, interleukin-17 (IL-17) expression, transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) expression and Th17/Treg cell proportion of the two groups were compared. RESULTS After treatment, the Th17/Treg cell proportion, IL-17 expression and TGF-β1 expression of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). The symptoms score and medication score of the two groups also had significant difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Dermatophagoides farinae drops for treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and regulating the Th17/Treg immune balance may be its mechanism.关键词
