福建省地方梨资源花朵特征多样性分析
Floral Diversity and Characteristics of Pear Plants in Fujian

Abstract
For pear breeding in Fujian,the diversity and characteristics of the flowers of 60 local pear cultivars were examined.The results showed that the florescence differed among the cultivars,which included 20.0% of the early, 48.3% of the middle,and 31.7% of the late flowering types.The diversity on quantitative traits on the flowers was abundant.For instance,the number of flowers per inflorescence ranged from 4.6 to 8.8 with a coefficient of variation (CV)of 13.2%;the corolla diameters,from 2.4 to 5.0 cm with a CV of 14.7%;the number of stamens, from 1 1.3 to 38.7 with a CV of 21.7%;and,the petal numbers,from 5 to 12 with a CV of 31.7%.On their quality traits,the flowers also varied,with a majority of the flower buds in white and the anthers in light peach color,petals in circular-shape and lapping,and column tips located above anthers.But,no flower with basal pubescence on the columns or of non-pollen type was found.Among the cultivars,Qiyuehuang and Pingnanhululi could be the genetic resources for double flowers with 12 lapping petals,and Mixueliyabian,Baihululi,and Baihuli for large corolla with a diameter greater than 4.5 cm.关键词
