4个毛木耳菌株的农艺性状及 ITS 评价分析

Abstract
Four varieties of mushrooms were selected to undergo protoplasts rejuvenation prior to testing.According to their agronomic traits,ITS sequences,and phylogenetic trees,they were identified as strains of Auricularia polytricha (Mont.)Sacc .Upon cultivation,each of the mushrooms showed distinctive characteristics.The white fruiting body of AP2010,the high yield of AP201,the superior commercial value,excellent resistances,high stability,and appealing appearance of Zhanger 43-28 and 43012 were among the traits that could lend them to be the germplasm resources for hybrid-breeding of new varieties of mushrooms.关键词
