摘要

Abstract

The key requirements of non-standard CNC for tool magazine are top speed and high reliability. This study discusses the designing mechanism and structure of CNC straight type disco knife library. The absolute type tool magazine program has been designed, the tool change process has been optimized, and the in-service use has been carried combined with aluminum three-axis machine center. The Result proves that the program is with high tool change accuracy and reliability, and has reached the processing requirements for non-standard equipment manufacturers.
