Influence of SNCR Reductant on Heat Efficiency of Waste Incineration

Abstract
Application of selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR)denitration technology for waste incineration is able to ef-fectively reduce NOx emission of the boiler,but injection of reductant may affect heat efficiency of the boiler and different kinds of reductant with different concentration have different influence on heat efficiency. Therefore,on the basis of heat balance analysis for the boiler and taking some 750 t/d waste incineration power plant for a research object,this paper ana-lyzes influence on boiler efficiency by SNCR denitration system when respectively taking urea and ammonia as reductant and energy consumption caused by system equipments. Result indicate that when using 10% ammonia as the reductant,SNCR may cause boiler efficiency reduce 0.1001% and power consumption of the system is about 21.79 kW. Compared with influ-ence of urea,affect of ammonia on boiler efficiency is smaller and energy consumption is lower.关键词
