摘要
Abstract
There are many inductive loads in power supply systems of steel enterprises. Startup of impact loads and outage of generating units of owned power plants at the time of isolated power grid operation may cause serious voltage stability prob-lem. Therefore,this paper presents a kind of control strategy for voltage stability hierarchical combination which is to use excitation adjustment control mode to keep voltage stable when voltage of the power grid fluctuates within a narrow range, when excitation adjustment control could not meet requirements,static var compensator (SVC)reactive power compensation control and on-load tap changer (OLTC)voltage regulation control are put into operation. If voltage descends too seriously to be recovered only by the above three control strategies,it is needed to use an emergent control measure of under voltage load shedding (UVLS). Simulating analysis verifies validity of the proposed control strategy.关键词
