摘要

Abstract

In allusion to three times of power oscillation in short period of No.1 and No2. steam turbine generators of Yinzhou power plant,this paper firstly analyzes running modes of units and time sequences of producing power oscillation and determines the oscillation source for No.1 unit. Secondly,it investigates gradually several aspects including internal set-tings of control modules of the digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH),mechanical hydraulic system,electro-hydrau-lic servo valve,quality of steam turbine lubricating oil,and so on. Finally it determines reasons for causing power oscillation of units are changing lubricating oil in the main oil tank of steam turbine and oil disturbance causing impurities suspend which may result in bites of multiple mechanical components. In view of supervision and management on quality of lubricating oil of the steam turbine,it proposes pre-control measures such as prohibiting changing lubricating oil in the main oil tank when the unit is running,strengthening oil filtering,strictly implementing fixed overhaul and maintenance for equipments,and so on. After adopting these measures,there have no power oscillation observed in units.
