Abstract
This paper reviews the newest transmission-distribution price reform scheme,compares and analyzes influence of implementing independent accounting transmission-distribution price mechanism on Guangzhou power grid planning in as-pects of power grid planning ideas,planning investment arrangement,planning work,and so on. It also discusses counter-measures for power grid enterprises carrying out power grid planning work under new electricity price mechanism in aspects of policy research in earlier stage,planning idea adjustment,power grid asset efficiency guide,communication and coopera-tion with government,and so on.关键词
