当代大学生就业创业特点、现状与路径探析

Abstract
At present, the employment difficulty of college graduates is the result of the comprehensive influ-ence of various factors, such as the expansion of higher education, the adjustment of the industrial structure, the unreasonable curriculum setting inuniversity, and the urban and rural labor market segmentation. Through the anal-ysis of the employment characteristics of the college students in our country, this paper points out the present sit-uation and problems of College Students' employment and proposes several solutions from perspectives of strength-ening the national support to the entrepreneurship and employment policy, reforming the management mode of em-ployment and entrepreneurship and improving the college students' employme nt and entrepreneurship ability.关键词
