Abstract
Since the 1990s, the development of China's economy is relatively quick and professional talents de-manded by the society have been increasing, so, higher vocational colleges have developed greatly in our country. In order to develop the socialist modernization in China, it is necessary to develop the higher vocational colleges and pay attention to the training of much-needed talents, which has played important role in the crucial moment of the economic growth of our country. Nowadays, because of increasing China's population, higher vocational colleges have to enroll more students, so some shortcomings have surfaced; for example, teaching and management mecha-nism problems. Some aspects, such as funds for educational teachers' construction, teaching equipment, the quality of teaching facilities have an extremely unbalanced allocation, which let the current situation of configuration in higher vocational colleges has become a hot issue of concern and make the reform in higher vocational college so urgent. This article studies the advantages of Higher Vocational Education, the current situation of teaching quality management, as well as strategies for improvement and then puts forward some suggestions for improving teaching quality of Higher Vocational Colleges.关键词
