复方α酮酸片对维持性血液透析患者营养状态和骨密度的影响
Effect of Compound Alpha Keto Acid Tablets on Nutritional Status and Bone Mineral Density of Patients with Maintained Hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of compound alpha keto acid tablets nutritional status and bone mineral density patients with maintained hemodialysis. Methods: Collected in our hospital mainte-nance hemodialysis patients 90 cases,and divided into experimental group and control group according to dif-ferent drugs, each 45 cases were given corresponding drug treatment, after the end of treatment, for all pa-tients of albumin, prealbumin, calcium, phosphorus and creatinine, urea nitrogen, calcaneal bone mineral density were detected. Results:Compared with the control group, the indexes of the patients in the experimen-tal group improved more significantly, the specific performance:the patients in the experimental group, PA, TP level rise more significantly, the difference has statistical significance ( P<0.05);serum calcium levels of the experimental group increased more significant differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05);experi-mental group patients, the serum phosphorus level decreased more significant, the difference has statistical significance ( P<0.05);4 patients in the experimental group, bone density increased more significantly, and the difference is statistically significant ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:Compound alpha keto acid tablets can sig-nificantly reduce maintenance hemodialysis patients albumin, prealbumin, serum calcium levels and increase serum phosphorus and bone density, patients to correct malnutrition status and prolong survival time, have guiding significance for clinic.关键词
