老年十二指肠溃疡根除Hp治疗对胃排空及炎症因子水平的影响
The Influence of Helicobacter Pylori Eradication Treatment on Gastric Emptying and Inflammatory Factors in Old Patients with Duodenal Ulcer

Abstract
Objective: To study the influence of helicobacter pylori eradication treatment on gastric emptying and local inflammatory factors in old patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods:128 cases of old duode-nal ulcer were recruited from January 2014 to June 2015 and given helicobacter pylori eradication treatment in-cluding omeparazole (20mg Bid), amoxcilin (1.0g Bid), clarithromycin (500mg Bid), colloidal bismmth pectin (0.2g Tid) for 2 weeks and Omeparazole (20mg Bid) only for 2 weeks. Cases of successful helicobact-er pylori eradication as observation group and failed cases as control group, indexes of gastric emptying and lo-cal inflammatory factors were compared. Results:A successful helicobacter pylori eradication rate was 74.2%(95/128). Compared to failed helicobacter pylori eradication cases, the successful ones showed better im-provement in gastric emptying time, contraction frequency and amplitude of gastric antrum, gastroduodeal co-ordination( P <0.05) . While the failed ones also got better contraction frequency of gastric antrum compared to that before treatment( P<0.05) . Further study on inflammatory factors such as HSP60,VCAM,TNF-α,IL-6 of the observation group in gastric antrum resulted in lower level compared to that before treatment and after treatment of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Successful helicobacter pylori eradication could im-prove gastric emptying,decrease local gastric inflammation.关键词
