锁定钢板结合自体骨治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的疗效评价
Effect Evaluation of Locking Plate Combined with Autogenous bone in the Treatment of Comminuted Fracture of Clavicle

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate combined with autogenous bone graft in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the clavicle. Methods:100 patients with clavicle comminuted fracture were accepted treatment in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 as objects. Using digital ta-ble the 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 50 cases. The control group was treated with anatomic locking plate internal fixation and autogenous iliac bone implantation in the treatment, compared two groups of patients at the time of surgery, fracture healing time and constant Mur-ley shoulder joint function score, postoperative complications and other situation. Results:There's no signifi-cant difference two groups of patients in the comparison of operation time ( P >0.05) , fracture healing time of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05);two groups of pa-tients with the constant Murley shoulder joint function score compared no significant difference ( P > 0.05);experimental group and the incidence rate of 10.0%, which was significantly lower than that of 32.0% in the control group, the difference is statistically significant ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:Locking plate combined with autologous bone implantation in the treatment of clavicle middle comminuted fracture curative effect, compared with only using locking plate internal fixation, can shorten the fracture healing time, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, it is worth in clinical promotion and application.关键词
