免疫调节剂辅助治疗支原体肺炎合并胸腔积液患儿临床疗效研究
Clinical Efficacy of Immunomodulator Adjuvant Therapy in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia Pleural Effusion

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of immunomodulatory agents in children with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated by pleural effusion adjuvant therapy. Methods: From Feb. 2011 to Feb. 2014, mycoplasma pneumonia complicated by pleural effusion in 68 cases of children as research subjects, ac-cording to the doctor chronological numbers randomly divided into control group ( 34 cases) and experimental group (34 example). The control group received conventional treatment, and then be immune modulators ad-junctive therapy in the experimental group on the basis of conventional therapy, and then compared before and after treatment in children with changes in immunological parameters, clinical symptoms subside time, dis-charge time and clinical efficacy. Results:After treatment, serum CRP, IL-8, TNF-αtwo groups of children compared with before treatment were lower ( P <0.05) , IL-2 compared with before treatment increased ( P <0.05), patients in the experimental group after treatment CRP, IL-8, TNF-αthan the control group (P <0. 05) , IL-2 was higher ( P <0.05);the experimental group of children with clinical symptoms of time, pleural effusion subsided time and hospital stay were lower than in the control group ( P <0.05); the total rate was higher in the experimental group, the difference between groups was statistically significant ( U = 4.205, P <0.05) . Conclusion: Immunomodulator adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia and pleural effusion in children can effectively regulate immune functions in children, shorten the clinical symptoms and pulmonary complications outside subsided time, improve treatment and prognosis.关键词
