急性心肌梗死患者早期运动康复治疗的临床效果研究
The Clinical Efficacy of Early Exercise Rehabilitation in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective: To explore the method and efficacy of early exercise rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods:70 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected random-ly in our hospital from Jun. 2013 to Jun. 2015, and divided into the study group (35 cases) and control group ( 35 cases) . The former was given early exercise rehabilitation and the latter was given conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results:The Life Quality Index scores of study group was higher than that of control group significantly, while re-infarction rate was significantly lower. Difference between the two groups has statistical significance( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Early exercise rehabilitation reduce re-infarction incidence and mortality significantly for the patients with acute myocardial infarction and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth of being generalized.关键词
