雷米芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉在鼾症手术中的应用
The Application of Remifentanil Combined with Propofol Anesthesia in Snoring Surgery

Abstract
Objective: To study the application of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in snoring surgery. Methods:124 cases of patients with snoring surgery were accepted operation in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 as objects. According to the random number table method, 124 cases of patients were divided into observation group ( 62 cases) and the control group ( 62 cases) , and the control group was given fentanyl and propofol combined anesthesia, patients in the observation group was given remifentanil com-bined with propofol anesthesia in operation, compared two groups of patients with anesthesia recovery related indicators, different period ( T0:before anesthesia;T1:the operation began;T2:5 min after the start of sur-gery;T3:30 min after the start of surgery;T4:operation finished) of blood pressure and heart rate, and pain condition after anesthesia . Results:The recovery time, pull tube time and question and answer pertinent time of patients in observation group were significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The levels of SBP, DBP, HR in T2 and SBP, DBP in T3 of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05) . Compared with the control group, the lev-el of observation group’s T1~ T3 level of SBP, T1 level of DBP and T1~ T2 level of HR were significantly low-er than that of T0;T1 of SBP, DBP and HR levels were significantly lower than that at T0 in control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) . There was no significant difference of the pain condition be-tween the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Remifentanil and propofol compound anesthesia effect is smooth, and in early awake extubation, with high security, it is worth to be promoted.关键词
