罗库溴铵与维库溴铵在全麻诱导期抑制咳嗽反应的效果比较
Comparison on the Effect of Rocuronium Bromide and Vecuronium Bromide Inhibiting Cough Response During General Anesthesia Induction

Abstract
Objective:To compare and observe the effect of rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bro-mide inhibiting cough response during general anesthesia induction. Methods:116 cases with general anesthe-sia in our hospital from June 2011 to July 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly. And two groups were treated with rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide respectively. The cough response and clinical conditions during general anesthesia induction of two groups was compared and observed. Results:For the rocuronium bromide group, the cough response reduced evidently, the cough reduced for tracheal intuba-tion, and the onset time was short and there were fewer adverse reactions. Compared with the vecuronium bro-mide group, the difference had statistical significance,P<0.05. Conlcusion:Rocuronium bromide and vecuro-nium bromide can effectively inhibit cough response during general anesthesia induction. But the rocuronium bromide has more ideal effect, and it is faster to take effect and there are fewer complications.关键词
