综合护理干预对中青年慢性心力衰竭患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响
Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life and Negative Emotions in Young and Middle-aged Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective: Objective: To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing in-tervention on the negative emotions and to elevate the quality of life in young and middle-aged patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF) . Methods:A total of 80 eligible patients were selected, and divided into obser-vation group (with odd numbers) and control group (with even numbers) according to the admission num-bers, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given usual care, while the observation group giv-en comprehensive nursing intervention, and the nursing effects were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), Minnesoda living with heart failure questionnaire (MLHFQ), and 6-min walking distance (6MWD). Results:When grouping, the differences in SAS, SDS, and MLHFQ scores were statistically insignificant (P>0.05); at 3m after grouping, the patients of both groups had de-creased SAS, SDS, and MLHFQ scores, but the patients of the observation group had greater decreasing ex-tents, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). When grouping, 6MWD of the observation group and control group were (311.20±43.05)m and (324.52±43.63)m, respectively, and the difference was statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);at 3m after grouping, 6MWD of the observation group and control group were (439.61±32.74)m and (402.41±38.72)m, respectively; both were higher than those when grouping, but the observation group had greater increasing extent, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively lighten the anxiety and depression, im-prove the quality of life, and elevate the locomotor activity in CHF patients.关键词
