摘要
Abstract
Marine power strategy is an important strategic choice for China who is devoting herself to realize the great national rej uvenation on the basis of the two “one hundred years”plans with overall consideration of history summary,realistic condition and future expectations.The advance of Marine power strategy is a long-term and grandiose system engineering which should not only strengthen the top-level design but also strive to promote the practice.This paper put forward the practical path of China’ s marine power strategy from four aspects including the cultivation of con-sciousness,the idea renewal,system improvement,system reconstruction and so on,by the discus-sion of the rationality and legitimacy of the implementation of China’ s marine power strategy from two aspects of necessity and inevitability.关键词
