Evaluation for Application Level of Marine Environmental Surveillance Standard

Abstract
Marine environmental surveillance standard is the technical guidance of national marine environmental surveillance,the application of which regulates the marine surveillance work,en-hances the working efficiency,guarantee the quality of the obtained surveillance data and plays a significant role in the marine environmental protection.Mastering application information of standards and making scientific evaluation of their application is one part of work for marine standardization administration.An evaluation model for application level of marine environmental standard was built by AHP method,a significance judgment matrix of each evaluation factor was formed,and the weights of each factor were determined.By data processing and calculating,the comprehensive evaluation scores of each of 36 standards were obtained.A 5-rank evaluation was formed and the standards were classified accordingly,and as a result the application levels of the standards come to the opposite side.The result was finally analyzed and the way to enhance appli-cation level of standard was also discussed.关键词
