Image Enhancement Algorithm Based on Wavelet Analysis and Retinex Algorithm
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the image enhancement effect and image quality,we proposed an image enhancement algorithm based on wavelet analysis and Retinex algorithm (WA-Retinex).Firstly, wavelet analysis was used to decompose the image and remove the noise of the image.Secondly, Retinex algorithm was used to enhance the details of the image information and the gray scale of the image was widened by using fitting function which was more consistent with the visual characteristics of the human eyes.Finally,the validity and superiority of the algorithm were analyzed by simulation experiments.Experimental results show that the overall visual effect of proposed algorithm has been significantly improved,which can better describe the details of the image information,and the performance is better than some of the existing classic Retinex algorithm.关键词
