α-Fe2 O3中空微球的制备及其气敏特性
Preparation and Gas Sensing Properties ofα-Fe2 O3 Hollow Microspheres
摘要
Abstract
Using Fe(NO 3 )3 ·9 H 2 O as Fe source and different amino acid as surfactant,α-Fe2 O 3 samples were prepared by hydrothermal method.We used scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM)and X-ray diffraction (XRD)to characterize the morphology of the samples,and test their gas sensing properties. The results show that the morphologies of α-Fe2 O 3 samples obtained from different surfactant are different,including solid particles and hollow microspheres (composed of particles).And the gas sensor based on hollow microsphere has good sensitive characteristic to ethanol.关键词
