四平市地表水控源减排的绩效评价方法
Performance Evaluation Method of Source-Controlling and Emission Reduction for Surface Water in Siping City
摘要
Abstract
Based on the total control of water resources development,control of water resources utilization efficiency and control of total pollutant discharge in water functional zones,we constructed the index system of performance evaluation about the surface water major pollutants ’ source-controlling and emission reduction in Siping City from 3 aspects of the performance of current situation of water use efficiency, the performance of source-controlling and emission reduction technology and the performance of pollutant control.Using entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,with 2007 as the base year,we evaluated the performance of source-controlling and emission reduction in Siping City from 2008 to 2012.The results show that the evaluation method is feasible.关键词
