现代针灸教材中主治月经不调的同功穴分析
Analogous point analysis on modern acupuncture and moxibustion indications of irregular menstruation in textbooks

Abstract
Objective Through the arrangement of modern acupuncture acupoints in attending menstruation to be not moved in the textbooks,summarizes the menstruation to be not moved“analogous acupoint”and its regularity of spectrum,provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture prescription. Methods Based on the network retrieval and manual retrieval two ways to retrieve 30 modern acupuncture attending menstruation to be not moved in the textbooks of acupoints,analysis of menstruation to be not moved \“analogous point\”and its regular-ity,and carries on the frequency,the spectrum analysis,which is,rules,and the acupoints indications. The National Standard GB / T30233 - 2013 compared and analyzed. Results Through statistical 30 modern acupuncture and moxi-bustion indications menstruation to be not moved in the textbooks of“analogous acupoint”there are 68,subordinate to the meridians to feet shaoyin kidney,bladder,sufficient sun foot lunar spleen,foot shaoyang bile,foot jue Yin liver me-ridian,acupuncture point their positions,and given priority to the chest,and the foot. The author will appear frequency in 27 - 30 times of acupoints,as the primary spectrum,a total of 21 acupoints. Will appear frequency in 5 - 26 times acupoints,as the secondary spectrum,a total of 25 acupoints. There will be a frequency in 1 - 4 times of acupoints,a three - level spectrum,a total of 22 acupoints. Attending the national standard of acupoints to treat menoxenia,a total of 37 acupoints,among them 37 with menstruation to be not moved“ analogous acupoint”consistent,suggests that menstruation to be not moved“analogous acupoint”in accordance with the national standards of basic. Conclusion According to the statistical analysis of meridians acupoints in their positions,and given priority to the chest,the foot.
